367 unit Luxury Rental Project overlooking the Oleta River in North Miami Beach

Soleste NOMI Beach is the first venture by the acclaimed local developer, The Estates Companies, in the North Miami Beach market.  The Estates Companies chose to work with FORMGROUP on this project for it 's innovative approach to difficult sites and FORMGROUP's modern design aesthetic.

The project is located directly along Biscayne Boulevard at the Maul Lake entrance to the Oleta River and has stunning views of the Intercoastal.  The program included 367 luxury apartment units, extensive amenities, and ground level commercial space all within a compact structure including an eight level parking garage.  The complex program was resolved with a t-shaped 30 story tower which takes advantage of the multiple views around the property including a prominent roof terrace facing the intercoastal.

Applauded by the City Commission, the project is one of the first to break ground in the new Mixed-Use Commercial corridor which encourages high density development along Biscayne Boulevard.
