AZURE Riverfront
Miami River, Miami
This un-built project was promoted by the City of Miami and an example of development along the Miami River. The three story restaurant complex and bath club was destined to be a focal point of the local river development district.
A broad riverwalk opens up onto the main outdoor entertainment space where private cabanas we designed to sit above the deck level for privacy.
The building composition breaks down the 32,000sf of retail space into separate volumes reducing the bulk of the building and creating a riverfront village appearance.
While the project was postponed due to funding issues but it serves as a strong example of the design sense we bring to every project.
